Addiction can take many forms. Alcohol, drugs, food, sport, gaming… Coaching can help you start your journey towards recovery, or to stay on the path when things get hard.
A lot of questions come with the will to get free of addiction. Am I going to be able to be creative? What am I going to do with my free time? Are my friends still going to like me? How am I going to keep going?
Coaching can help you answer those questions.
With first-hand experience in drug addiction and alcoholism recovery, I’m in a privileged position to help you tackle a wide range of difficulties tied to addiction and alcoholism, and the hardship of quitting.
This isn’t therapy, though, but caching can give you the keys to actually be willing to be free and to succeed in your endeavor.
I do not believe coaching is the answer. I do believe it’s a powerful tool, though, one that’s worth having at your disposal. It can help you define clear paths to clear objectives.
Whether you are on the spectrum or not for this type of coaching doesn’t matter.
