A surprising number of people on the autistic spectrum, especially those who were diagnosed late in life, don’t know how to cope with the reality of their diagnosis, or how to, simply, live a normal life with a set of rules that are foreign to them.
Coaching can help improve on this hardship, by giving new perspectives and tools on how to manage and lower anxiety, by explaining how to use patterns as allies, and by teaching how to adapt the world to your needs, instead of being bullied by it.
As autistic myself, I am in a unique position to help you.
